Lapho ukhetha izinto zokushisa izinto, ama-alloys amabili avame ukucatshangelwa:I-Nichrome(Nickel-Chromium) kanyeI-FeCrAl(I-Iron-Chromium-Aluminium). 1.Ukwakheka kanye Nezakhiwo Eziyisisekelo

I-Nichrome ingxubevange ye-nickel-chromium ngokuvamile equkethe u-80% we-nickel kanye no-20% we-chromium, nakuba ezinye izilinganiso zikhona. Le nhlanganisela inikeza ukumelana okuhle kwe-oxidation futhi igcina amandla emazingeni okushisa aphezulu. Ama-alloys e-Nichrome aziwa ngokuhleleka kwawo nokusebenza okungaguquguquki ebangeni elibanzi lokushisa.

Ama-alloys e-FeCrAl, njengoba negama liphakamisa, akhiwe ngokuyinhloko ngensimbi (Fe) enezengezo ezibalulekile ze-chromium (Cr) ne-aluminium (Al). 2.Ukusebenza Kwezinga Lokushisa

Omunye wemehluko ophawuleka kakhulu usemazingeni okushisa aphezulu okusebenza:
- I-Nichrome ivamise ukusebenza kuze kufike ku-1200°C (2192°F)
- I-FeCrAl ingakwazi ukumelana namazinga okushisa afika ku-1400°C (2552°F)
Lokhu kwenza i-FeCrAl iphakame kakhulu ezinhlelweni ezidinga ukushisa okudlulele, njengeziko lezimboni noma impahla yaselabhorethri enezinga eliphezulu lokushisa.

3.Ukumelana ne-Oxidation

Womabili ama-alloys akha izendlalelo ze-oxide ezivikelayo, kodwa ngezindlela ezihlukene:
- I-Nichrome yakha ungqimba lwe-chromium oxide
- I-FeCrAl ithuthukisa ungqimba lwe-aluminium oxide (alumina).
Isendlalelo se-alumina ku-FeCrAl zizinzile emazingeni okushisa aphakeme kakhulu, sinikeza isivikelo esingcono sesikhathi eside ngokumelene ne-oxidation nokugqwala. Lokhu kwenza i-FeCrAl ibaluleke ngokukhethekile ezindaweni ezinezinto ezingase zidle.

4.I-Electrical Resistivity

I-Nichrome ngokuvamile inokumelana nogesi okuphezulu kune-FeCrAl, okusho ukuthi:
- I-Nichrome ingakhiqiza ukushisa okwengeziwe ngenani elifanayo lamanje
- I-FeCrAl ingase idinge okwamanje kancane ukushisisa okufanayo
Nokho, ukumelana ne-FeCrAl kukhuphuka kakhulu ngezinga lokushisa, okungaba wusizo ezinhlelweni ezithile zokulawula.

5.Izakhiwo zikaMechanical kanye nokuhleleka

I-Nichrome ngokuvamile idonsa kakhulu futhi kulula ukusebenza ngayo ekamelweni lokushisa, okuyenza ithandeke ezinhlelweni ezidinga umumo oyinkimbinkimbi noma ukugoba okuqinile. I-FeCrAl iba i-ductile kakhulu uma ishisisiwe, okungaba nenzuzo phakathi nezinqubo zokukhiqiza kodwa kungase kudinge ukuphathwa okukhethekile ekamelweni lokushisa.

6.Izindleko zokucatshangelwa

Ama-alloys e-FeCrAl ngokuvamile abiza kancane kune-Nichrome ngoba athatha indawo ebizayoi-nickelngensimbi. Le nzuzo yezindleko, ihlanganiswe nokusebenza okuphezulu kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu, yenza i-FeCrAl ibe inketho ekhangayo ezinhlelweni eziningi zezimboni.

 

Kungani Khetha Imikhiqizo Yethu Ye-FeCrAl?

Izinto zethu zokushisisa ze-FeCrAl zinikeza:
- Ukusebenza okuphezulu kwezinga lokushisa eliphezulu (kufika ku-1400°C)
- I-oxidation enhle kakhulu nokumelana nokugqwala
